Dear Homeowner, The Board has received several questions in regards to fees posting to their accounts. We would like to explain what each of these are. Transaction/Processing Fee($ varies): This charge actually originates by Arkhams credit card or E-Check processor.The charge is normally 2.9-3.9% depending on the Processor that is used. These fees are paid to those entities, nothing is paid to the HOA or Arkham Property Management Services. Collection Fee $35.00: If you fall behind on your HOA dues and the management company needs to add further steps to collect the HOA dues, there is a collection fee of $35.00. This fee goes to Arkham Property Management Services. Late Fee $25.00: If your HOA payment is late you will be automatically charged a $25.00 Late Fee as stipulated in our HOA ByLaws.This fee is deposited into the HOA Operating account. Hoping this helps everyone understand what they are.

TO ALL: If you are moving from your unit and you will be using POD or some type of trailer, please contact the HOA or Arkham Services. We need to keep everyone in the loop and permissions from all.
Dear Homeowner, Please be advised there is no parking on the any grass within the community. If you do park on the grass this is subject to an automatic tow with no exceptions. We have opened the end of each street for help with the overflow.

Good afternoon all residents of The Cove at Avelar Creek! I am pleased to let you know that tonight at 6 p.m. is one of our quarterly meetings of the community Development District. The meeting takes place at the clubhouse on Holland Road. The same exact facility where we hold our HOA meetings. The meeting starts promptly at 6 pm. So if you have any CDD related questions or concerns please attend the meeting and address them there and we would be more than happy to address your concerns.

Hello neighbors: Should you need to leave your vehicle out of your garage/driveway for the Garage Sale, we are requesting that you park at the church. This way, there will be parking available in our guest parking lots and around the community for those folks entering our community for the event without creating additional parking issues.
